I have not tested this set with Python, but I doubt time limits are the problem (the original contest is 13 years old).
D - Division Why am I getting runtime errors for D even though it runs perfectly in Python 2.7.8 on my computer?

As can be seen on this page, we have 2.6.6. I will take a look.
Sorry - my bad, Kent's Python solution was accepted. How about you bug him? Or do you still think there is something fishy?

General What is a submission error?

It means that the judge is having problems. Working on it!
